Service means the VaubanDash cloud-based SaaS platform, including secure client portals, project management tools, task tracking, real-time collaboration, contracts, file sharing, messaging, billing, invoicing, and related services operated by Vauban LLC..

VaubanDash may offer AI capabilities within the Service, including in-product AI features and third-party AI assistant connections. In-product AI features may help users summarize information, draft content, automate workflows, search business data, or support client operations.

For in-product AI features, VaubanDash does not use customer inputs or outputs to train AI models unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable terms. Third-party AI providers may process data under their own terms when a customer chooses to connect or use such provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing the privacy policy, terms, and any applicable data-processing agreement of third-party AI providers before connecting them.

VaubanDash does not use traffic from its in-product AI features or third-party AI connectors to sell Personal Data. Retention principles, transfer disclosures, and rights described in this Privacy Policy apply to AI-related processing where applicable.
